M-þráður hneta fyrir flugvélahluta

GLM Series kúluskrúfa er úr skrúfu og M-þræði kúluhnetu. Hlutverk þess er að breyta snúningshreyfingunni í línulega hreyfingu sem er framtíðarframlenging og þróun kúluskrúfunnar. Mikilvægi þróunarinnar er að færa sig yfir í rúllulegu frá rennivirkni. Með litlum núningi eru kúluskrúfur mikið notaðar í ýmis iðnaðartæki og nákvæmnistæki.

Sívala gerð með M-þræði í hnetaendanum. Hnetan ætti að vera fest með M-þræði. Það er hentugur til að festa með strokka.

Nákvæmni einkunn GLM röð eru byggð á C3 og C5 (JIS B 1192-3). Samkvæmt nákvæmni einkunn, Axial play 0 (Forhleðsla: C3) og 0,005 mm eða minna (C5) eru fáanlegar.

GLM röð skrúfuskafts skrúfuefnis S55C (örvunarherðandi), hnetaefnis SCM415H (kolefnis og herða), yfirborðshörku kúluskrúfuhlutans er HRC58 eða hærri.
